The short version. Two categories: essential (always on, no personal data) and anonymous analytics (off by default, opt-in via the cookie banner). You can change your preference anytime from the Cookie settings button at the bottom of any page.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device to remember things — like that you’ve already accepted the cookie banner, or that you prefer light mode. Some cookies are essential to make the site work; others help us understand how the site is used in aggregate.

These are required for the site to work and cannot be disabled. They do not contain personal data and are not shared with third parties.

Anonymous analytics (opt-in)

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we may set anonymous analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used (which pages get visited, where load times are slow). We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or anything that identifies you personally. Analytics data is aggregated and used only to improve the site.

You can opt in or out anytime from the Cookie settings button.

What we do not use

• Advertising cookies — we don’t show ads, anywhere
• Third-party social network trackers — share buttons (if any) link out without preloading network tags
• Cross-site tracking — we don’t track you across other sites

Mobile app

The Cohra iOS app does not use cookies. It uses standard iOS app storage for your account and preferences, governed by the Privacy Policy.

How to manage cookies

You can:

• Use the Cookie settings button in the website footer (bottom of any page)
• Clear cookies and site data in your browser settings
• Use your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting — Cohra honors it as an opt-out signal for analytics

Changes to this policy

If we change which cookies we use or how we use them, we’ll update this page and, where required, prompt you to reconfirm your preference.
